In house mould flow isused to verify gate locations on all plastic injection mouldsbuilt at Diemould.
Diemould has agreat working relationship with a number of suppliers with warp and cooling analysis.
ENGINEERING
Engineering and part feasibility is carried out on Diemould's customers products.This involves providing
feedback to Diemould's customers to ensure the products are able to be manufactured with the best possible fit of
complexity and cost. If there are inherent issues in the product designs Diemould will highlight and suggest alternatives by drawing on many years of experience. |
